The company Global Communication Service was founded in 2004 in Locarno as sole proprietorship business.

The business idea is based on the founder’s professional experience. She discovered a need for – as well as a lack of – an outsourcing service.

In September 2005, the business is transformed into a limited liability company and transferred to Losone.

In summer 2007, the company invested in a highly innovative and competitive technology in order to satisfy the customer’s demands.
